As a mother, artist, and art therapist, I deeply understand how life’s challenges can shape us – not just as wounds to heal from, but as pathways toward deeper understanding and connection.

My own journey through difficult times taught me something precious: within each of us lives an incredible capacity for healing, especially when we allow ourselves to express what our hearts can’t always put into words. I know the weight of carrying pain, and I also know the gentle relief of finding a way through.

I specialize in dot mandala art, a meditative practice that became both my personal sanctuary and a powerful tool I now share with others. Each dot represents a moment of presence, a small step toward wholeness.
